Quality
The quality management system of VIPA is based on a unique concept, satisfy the customer exigencies through few but important points:
1. Management of the supply sources
On the basis of a valuation and audit of the suppliers and their performances we define partnership to guarantee a product and a process of standardized quality over time.
2. Control over the process & product
Since the arrival until the shipment, VIPA keeps his process under control and defines the steps of the control of the products through flows of traceability.
Our strength is the quality laboratory in which qualified personnel execute controls such as:
- Tensile test by means of a machine of 60 tons.
- Dimensional tests by means of a projector of vertical and horizontal profiles
- Dimensional tests and control in series by means of an image dimension measurement system that is able to provide with the automation of complex optical measurements.
- Chemical analysis by means of a stationary metal analyzer
- Metallographic analysis of the products by means of a microscope
- Test of the treatments by means of a X-ray plating thickness analyzer
- Corrosion resistance test by means of a salt spray testing chamber
- Hardness test by means of a hardness tester
- Micro-hardness test
- Tightening torque test by means of a dynamometer
3. Certification recognised by accredited third parties
Our ongoing pledge to implement and improve our quality system as well as the attention focused to the customer has led our company to gain the recognition for our quality management system released by an accredited third party in accordance with the regulations UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
In addition to this VIPA SPA has got and maintain the accreditation released by a third party on the CE labelling in accordance with the EN 15048 rule concerning the construction bolts with non-controlled tightening.
VIPA has also adopted its own internal quality policy, inspired by its own reference values, and meant to ensure its constant application in the various company processes.
